Brief:
A 1930’s house needed complete renovation with the benefit of being able to extend.
As a property that was to be resold the renovation of the house needed to be redesigned to reflect the way we live today, A 2 storey side and rear extension was added to provide a large open plan kitchen/ diner. A utility room with downstairs WC that leads out to the garden. Upstairs the new bedroom was designed to be light and airy with the addition of a vaulted ceiling and velux windows, en-suite shower room and storage.
Decorated throughout with a calm neutral pallet to appeal to homebuyers
